Happy Friday, Central Phoenix Home Buyers!

Another week of loooowwww inventory and frustrated Phoenix home buyers waiting to take advantage of record-low interest rates and work from home while gazing out the back window at a glistening pool!  We hope the scarcity of homes for sale has more to do with Christmas being upon us, but I don’t think we will see a huge uptick in inventory come the New Year.

Many of us in the agent community are going back to basics and networkng with our colleagues to find the perfect home for our clients, and these days that means scouring the market for properties that may not be listed in the MLS.  Part of the reason we at 7th and 7th were so thrilled to join North&Co. is that it is a company doing things differently.  They reject the adversarial model of real estate, where Realtors guarded their tips and insights with a fervor, and instead have embraced a collaborative, open-source approach to the business.  It is truly a COmmunity where we all want to see one another be the best we can be!
